Bellis & Bolek isn't one of those clever, meaningless company names. Our residential and commercial painting firm proudly bears the names of our two founders and co-owners
Kevin Bellis and Dave Bolek.
After Kevin Bellis and Dave Bolek painted their way through college, Kevin became an engineer and Dave became a stockbroker.
Bellis & Bolek was born in 1990 when these two college friends decided to change careers, and return to work they are genuinely passionate about, painting. The traditional values of integrity, honesty, sincerity, quality, and superior craftsmanship were at the heart of the company then, and now, more than 25 years later. Also unchanged is the hands-on approach Kevin and Dave bring to their work. The partners can often be found working alongside their crews on projects of all sizes and types. And when they're not onsite, customers can be confident that the crew working at your home or business has worked beside Dave and Kevin, is well-trained and fully qualified to do the task at hand, correctly, professionally and neatly. These are among the many reasons Bellis & Bolek has earned the trust of property owners throughout the Bloomington-Normal area since the company's inception.
Community Involvement
Kevin Bellis and Dave Bolek have called Bloomington-Normal home for more than 30 years. They are active and engaged members of the community who are happy to have raised their children here. The partners serve their B-N friends and neighbors by volunteering in a variety of capacities - coaching Little League teams, serving on their children's school boards, and taking active roles in local religious and spiritual organizations. Notably, for more than 10 years, Dave has volunteered as a production manager for the Nutcracker Ballet and Kevin has volunteered as a youth wrestling coach.
